About

“It does not matter how slowly you go, as long as you don’t stop.”

Starting counseling for the first time, first time in a long time or trying to find the right therapist can be intimidating and hard work. I believe in creating a space with mutual trust and respect, which is the foundation for deep wounds to be healed. It is important to me that you feel safe, heard and respected during our therapy sessions.
